Agreement to Legal Terms

Dr. Facer Education LLC is a company registered in the State of Arizona, United States. We operate the website www.kadenfacermd.com as well as any other related products and services. We can be contacted at contact@kadenfacermd.com.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dr. Facer Education LLC concerning to your access to and use of these services. You agree that by accessing these services you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these legal terms. If you do not agree with all these legal terms, then you must not use the services. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these terms from time to time and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change.

I do not knowingly provide services or sell products to children. If you are below the age of 18, you may use the website and its associated courses only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian agrees to the Terms of Use on behalf of the minor and is therefore responsible for any and all uses of the website and its courses by the minor. The website and its associated courses are not intended for children under the age of 13 years old. If I learn that I have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 then I will delete that information. Dr. Facer Education LLC is owned and operated in the United States. If you access this site or its courses from a location outside of the United States then you accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws.

Products, Purchases, Refunds

Dr. Facer Education LLC offers courses for sale on the site. You are granted personal, non-transferable license to use the courses for your own personal use. By agreeing to this Terms of Use, you agree that you do not have a right to share login information with others or in any way alter or reproduce the courses. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. See Copyright Notice below.

Purchases are made through Thinkific Payments. See Thinkific below.

If you are not satisfied with any course purchase, you may obtain a refund within 30-days of purchase by emailing contact@kadenfacermd.com with your name, email address, and date of purchase. It is requested that constructive feedback be given in exchange for a refund to improve the quality of the course for other users.

Dr. Facer Education LLC uses Thinkific for course hosting and their terms of service can be found here https://www.thinkific.com/resources/terms-of-service/. You additionally agree to Thinkific’s terms of service upon use of services.

No Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Dr. Facer Education LLC makes no warranties regarding the use of the site or its contents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with these services and your use thereof. We disclaim any responsibility for any liability, loss, or risk, personal or otherwise, which is incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use and application of any of the contents of this site or its courses.

Third-Party Websites and Content

The website or its courses may contain links to other websites which are not within Dr. Facer Education LLC’s control and for which we are not responsible for any of the contents therein. These websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies which we do not control.

Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute related to these Terms of Use, you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30 days) before initiating arbitration and these informal negotiations begin upon written notice from either you or us.

If unable to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona. You also agree that you will be responsible for all costs associated with initiating and administration of the arbitration.

I am a doctor, but not your doctor. As such, any information contained on this site or in my courses is purely intended for informational and entertainment purposes, reflect the author's (Kaden Facer) views only, and does not constitute professional medical or psychiatric advice. Enrolling in the course does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
